PMO - Capital Markets Senior Manager As part of CFGI’s Project Management Advisory practice, you will work as an extension of our client’s team to lead and coordinate complex transaction and finance transformation projects. This position will focus on capital markets initiatives and play an integral role in delivering successful outcomes across multiple workstreams. You will be responsible for coordinating CFGI services across projects that may include Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), acquisitions, divestitures and carve-outs, finance organization transformations, and technology implementations. This includes overseeing technical accounting, SEC reporting, internal controls, finance transformation, and cybersecurity efforts. You will work closely with CFGI partners and client leaders to develop and execute project plans, advise on the stand-up and delivery of PMOs, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Effective communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills will be imperative to your success in this role.
