About the team: The Technology Planning and Cooperation Department promotes strategic innovation across all of Huawei Canada. Working with fellow experts, the focus is researching new and upcoming areas of technology as well as strategic planning to help achieve long term vision of Huawei. This department offers a unique opportunity to leverage both technical and business skills. About the Job: Develop experimental prototypes and research ideas around AI-native graphics pipelines and heterogeneous computing architectures, particularly through GPU + NPU collaborative acceleration. Work on forward-looking systems that integrate AI inference directly into graphics, simulation, and interactive computing workflows, enabling new levels of performance and capability for next-generation intelligent devices. Investigate how neural methods can augment or replace traditional rendering pipelines. Design heterogeneous computing models that enable tight cooperation between GPU and NPU processors.
