Job description

The Head of Ecommerce will be responsible for spearheading the direct-to-consumer (D2C) ecommerce strategy and operations, driving growth across both the D2C platform and Amazon channel. This role requires a strategic leader with deep commercial acumen, an ability to manage a high-performing team, and a proven track record in ecommerce management. This position will own the full P&L, ensuring the achievement of ambitious sales and profitability targets, while optimising customer acquisition, retention, and the overall digital customer experience. This is a key role in the UK leadership team, focusing on our biggest growth channel, and the goal is to x 2.5 the size of D2C / Amazon over the next four years, so we are looking for an individual who leans into accountability and finds their stride under the momentum of a high-profile challenge.
