Winnebago Industries is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team based in Eden Prairie, MN. This position is hybrid. The Financial Analyst position will be a key role on the Corporate FP&A team that allows the individual to work across the enterprise and interact with senior leaders, both at corporate and in the business units. This role will serve as a financial business partner to the company’s enterprise functions teams (HR and Enterprise Marketing) and work closely with business units and their FP&A teams to provide business support on key projects and our annual budget and forecast cycles. Day to Day of the Role: - Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reporting (daily sales, weekly retail, show reporting, working capital and dealer inventory) - Assists in quarterly, annual, and long-range plan forecasting across the enterprise, identifying and driving synergies and improvements - Accountable for department reporting, including the development and improvement of interactive department templates and consolidations - Investigate discrepancies between actuals an...
