Job Description The Functional Lead – Transformation & Program leads complex, cross-functional regulatory programs that protect and enable the Flavors business across EMEA and key global interfaces. This role is central to the organization’s ability to manage and sustain major transformation, driving standardization, synergies, and operational excellence across regulatory ways of working. It aligns regional priorities with enterprise requirements to ensure compliant, efficient execution that supports ongoing growth and long-term business evolution in the ever-changing regulatory environment. In addition to supporting the integration of newly acquired entities, this role provides ongoing leadership for major process and portfolio changes across EMEA. Serving as the regulatory program lead for strategic transformation initiatives, implementation plans, and cross-functional alignment, it ensures seamless transitions, effective knowledge transfer, and sustained compliance throughout every phase of change.
