Position Summary: The Kroc HR Generalist is responsible for day-to-day administration and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Provides support to the leadership team in the area of human resource management. Essential Responsibilities: accurate wages, transfer codes and time edits. the Kroc Center are entered in ADP (HRIS) promptly each pay period. human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance. professional licensure and certification. ordering, and disbursing uniforms. regulations. on if/when to share sensitive information. procedures associated with the Kroc Center, in collaboration with DHQ HR. all TSA, state, and federal guidelines. employees and managers with general and specific HR questions, and providing excellent customer service to all. recognition, and a sense of belonging for Kroc Center employees. parties, appreciation events, and monthly/quarterly gatherings. collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings Qualifications: Education/Experience : experience - Input new employee information into payroll and timekeeping systems to create employee record. - Assist with payroll...
