Compensation Type: Hourly ‎ Compensation: $46,654.40 ‎ The Student Success Generalist provides guidance, resources, and personalized support to enhance students’ academic success and overall college experience. This role involves one-on-one and group coaching, academic advising, financial aid counseling, and career planning assistance. The Generalist serves as a key resource, helping students navigate college policies, balance academic and personal responsibilities, and develop skills for lifelong learning. develop skills for lifelong learning.
