Default Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Hours: 40 Salary range: $18.78 - $28.54 Schedule: Full Time Shift Hours: 8 Hour employee Department: Medical Records Job Objective: Responsible for scanning and indexing all documents to the appropriate patient folder/encounter utilizing the correct document name; ensures that all records/documents are scanned into appropriate system are of the highest quality possible.
