Director, Operations – Group Reinsurance

Job description

This role serves as a key operational partner across Group Reinsurance, Finance, Risk Management, IT and clients, to ensure accurate administration, strong controls, timely reporting, and continuous improvement of operational processes. The position requires a strong understanding of reinsurance operations, financial reporting, treaty administration, systems support, and cross-functional stakeholder management. The role is expected to identify operational trends, lead process improvement initiatives, support control performance, and drive automation and reporting enhancements that strengthen the efficiency, accuracy of Group Reinsurance operations. General Operations: Perform other related responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and business objectives. - Oversee and support all aspects of Group Reinsurance Operations including premium, claims, and policy administration.
