Production Test Technician

Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – Other duties may be assigned. - Perform the selection of specialized test equipment, set-up, calibration, Helium leak testing and mechanical assemblies - Knowledge on Transducer, Mass Flow Controller, Regulators and Pneumatic valves components - Read Flow diagram drawings - Troubleshoot / debug issues, isolate defects and assist in solving defects - Work independently with moderate supervision - lift to 50 lbs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Good visual and manual dexterity - Strong understanding of related mechanics - Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment - Ability to interact with other members of the organization - Strong verbal and written communication skills required - Good MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and 10 key skills Education, Certifications and Experience: - 2-4+ years production or related work experience - A.A. Degree or equivalent work experience, or any combination of education and experience - Vocational or technical training or equivalent - Digital and/or analog systems testing experience
