General Liability Pre-Suit Enablement Manager: Summary: We are seeking an Enablement Manager to support operations within our General Liability Presuit Department by ensuring cases move efficiently through the pre-suit lifecycle. This role partners closely with Case Managers and Operations Leaders to enforce operational workflows, monitor case progression, and resolve issues that delay case advancement. The Enablement Manager operates within a high-volume, process-driven environment and is responsible for driving operational consistency, visibility, and outcomes across pre-suit case operations.
