POSITION SUMMARY: Sustaining Product Engineer supports the design, analysis, and continuous improvement of NOV downhole and above ground horizontal pump systems. This role involves hands-on problem-solving, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and implementation of practical solutions to improve performance, reliability, and manufacturability. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s Degree: Mechanical Engineering - 0 to 5 years of work experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - 3D CAD/Modeling experience (Creo/Pro-E, SolidWorks, etc.) BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES: - Collaborate professionally with team and peers. - Demonstrates self-driven initiative and curiosity in identifying and solving problems. - Taking responsibility for work ethic and actions. - Comply with all NOV company and HSE policies and procedures. - Respecting diversity.
