SUMMARY: The Pet Supplies Plus Bather is responsible for providing excellent customer service while bathing, checking in & checking out animals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provides excellent customer service, ensuring positive customer relations and satisfaction - Answer incoming phone calls using proper phone etiquette - Schedules and confirms each appointment - Bathes, dries, and combs out each animal - Aware of tie in sales to each animal - Inputs customer information - Looks over dog as it is taken in for service - Understands products used for bathing - Understands customers need to a breed specific situation - Keeps work area clean and organized - Cleans and sanitizes all holding cages and bathing tubs - Follows all store and department policies and procedures. - Other duties as assigned by supervisor KEY ATTRIBUTES: - Naturally Friendly - Smiles easily - Genuinely enjoys taking care of the customer - Good with animals - Self-motivated - High energy level - Reliable SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: - This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
