The opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in the Insurance domain and hands-on knowledge of Insurance framework. Your key responsibilities: The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to facilitate the gathering of functional requirements, analyze business needs, and guide teams toward optimal solutions within an Agile framework. A key responsibility will be to maximize the use of out-of-the-box functionalities while minimizing customizations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective implementations. The Scrum Master will also foster a collaborative environment, encouraging continuous improvement and effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
