We are looking for a Receiving & Contractor Access Control Associate to join our team. Receiving Duties: Coordinate and monitor all deliveries, ensuring items are received, logged, and directed to the appropriate department or storage area. Inspect incoming goods for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues and report any irregularities immediately. Maintain organized records of deliveries and shipments in the receiving log or system. Communicate with property management, vendors, and departments to schedule deliveries and ensure efficient loading dock operations.
