Florida Certified Nursing Assistant License (CNA) Required Required Schedule: Full Time 8:30am-5pm M-F with alternating weekends & rotating holidays Job Summary: To provide personal care and related services for the hospice patient and to assist the family with patient care. Responsibility: Provides direct and personalized care based on the patient’s individualized Aide Care Plan, determined by a Registered Nurse. If aide care plan is not clear, or patient’s condition has changed, aide is responsible for reporting immediately to a Registered Nurse for reassessment. Assists the patient to attain and maintain good personal hygiene. Encourages the patient to be as independent as possible and maintain. Assisted Daily Living (ADL's), according to the patient's abilities and condition. Offers emotional support to the patient/family, as needed.
