Your Role: At MilliporeSigma, the QA Specialist will work various internal departments to improve and execute processes in compliance with cGMP regulations in 21CFR 210, 211, Part 11 and in ICH Q7. - Shift: Saturday – Monday 6pm - 6am. - Provide a snapshot of your current funnel, specifically highlighting "Hires vs. Goal" and the number of candidates currently at the offer stage. - Flag specific stages where candidates are stalling—such as slow Hiring Manager feedback or high drop-off rates after technical assessments—an...
