Tarkett is seeking an experienced and strategic Shipping Supervisor (Nights) to join our growing team in our Chagrin Falls Manufacturing Plant. We are looking for a Shipping Supervisor who will effectively lead associates to ensure satisfaction of customer expectations, safety and production requirements while executing the Tarkett strategy and embracing Tarkett’s vision, mission, and objectives. The Supervisor will proactively lead, support, train, coach and direct his or her assigned work team to execute operational plans. This role will drive continuous improvement through World Class Manufacturing (WCM) while sustaining effective associate relationships. The Shipping Supervisor will properly maintain records, reports, and data collection in a timely and complete manner.
