Job Description For our largest Service Line in Europe Africa, we are looking for a Regional Finance Business Partner to join the EUAF Marine Site Characterisation (MSC) and Finance Leadership Team. In this key role, you act as a strategic sparring partner to senior business leadership, steering financial performance across the Geotech service line and MSC as a whole. You drive value through insightful analysis, robust business control, and proactive identification of risks and opportunities. With ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, you enable informed decision-making, margin improvement, and sustainable growth. Your role: You act as Finance Business Partner for the Geotech Service Line and play a leading role in the EUAF MSC Business Line and Finance Leadership Team; You serve as strategic sparring partner to the MSC Director and MSC Geotech Director; You lead and further develop the business control and project control teams across the Netherlands, UK, and Germany, aligned with standardised finance structures; You drive margin, cost and productivity improvements based on leading business indicators and financial analysis; You identify risks and opportu...
