This is an out patient position. Responsibilities: CLINICAL DUTIES : Optimal patient care outcomes from drug therapy are ensured through clinical pharmacy activities. Such activities are age appropriate for neonates, pediatric patients, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients, and in direct association with or in support of health care providers. The pharmacist will: DISTRIBUTIVE DUTIES : Safe and accurate distributive services are ensured through standardized, efficient medication use processes.
