About the role: We're looking for an experienced IT Support Manager to step in and run our global helpdesk while our current manager is on parental leave. You'll own day-to-day operations, keep the team focused and supported, and maintain a high standard of service - giving senior leadership space to focus on AI strategy and process automation. This is a high-visibility interim role with real impact. You'll work closely with senior IT leadership and have the autonomy to shape how the team operates day to day. While the position is initially fixed-term cover for 6 months, there is potential for extension or a longer-term transition depending on how the department's needs evolve when the Global Director of IT returns.
