We're looking for an Engineering Manager who will support Netguru's AI and GenAI engineering capability - end to end. Not just someone who knows the buzzwords. Someone who has shipped LLM-based systems to production, understands agentic architectures from the ground up, and can lead a team of engineers building real products for real clients. You'll sit at the intersection of engineering, delivery, and growth. You'll set the technical direction, support presales with honest feasibility assessments, drive internal AI adoption across teams, and build a competency that becomes one of Netguru's strongest differentiators.
