Job description

We are a unique day program for adults with a disability with an inclusive and innovative working environment. No two days are the same, each day is different and exciting! We offer a variety of programs with five streams including life skills, health and wellbeing, creative expression, social (community access) and order fulfilment. Each team has a specialist team leader and lead senior who are experts on the participants in their team and offer ongoing training and support. We cater for approximately 30 participants per day who are mostly supported 1:1 to engage in tailored programs to suit their needs and goals. You are never working alone and have a big team surrounding you to help build you up! At PLUS, we have always believed that everyone has the right to be part of the community and engage in meaningful programs that increase their quality of life.
