Reporting to the Gas Power Software & Controls Solutions Projects & Services Leader, the Senior Digital Tools Leader – Projects & Services will serve as the strategic link between IT and the Projects & Services functional organization, including functional leaders, end users, and business stakeholders, across all platforms supporting the function. This role is accountable for understanding and representing the business needs of the Projects & Services function, translating those needs into actionable requirements, and partnering with IT to ensure successful implementation and adoption of key tools, including but not limited to ServiceMax, Salesforce, SupportCentral, Smartsheet, Leank...
