Supervisor Patient Access - Full Time, Night Shift Seeking an experienced leader to oversee the night shift in an Emergency/Trauma Department. The ideal candidate will foster a supportive, team‑focused environment while driving key performance and quality outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to guide staff through the demands of a high‑acuity emergency care setting. The Supervisor, Patient Access is responsible for the 24/7 supervision of the on-site Access Services staff, which may also include PBX, patient scheduling, clinic registrars and off-site locations. Hospital Access Services departments facilitate patient, visitor and provider interactions within their ministry including access to both information and care.
