Job Summary: This position is hybrid and will work 3 days at WDH in Dover, NH on-site and 2 days remote. The days of the week on site are flexible. The ideal candidate will be an RN or have multiple years of Patient Safety/Risk experience. Summary Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks related to patient safety.
