Objective: Progress claims using effective strategies to achieve desired client outcomes and maintain profitability. Requirements: Prior experience handling NIHL claims and the ability to manage a litigated caseload. Key Accountabilities: Document Review and Report Preparation: - Ensure accuracy and completeness in all document reviews and reports. Disclosure Management: - Handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion. Evidence Review: - Analyze medical and personnel records thoroughly. Conducting Investigations: - Obtain comprehensive witness statements and interact with Insured individuals. Instructing Counsel and Experts: - Provide detailed instructions to legal and expert personnel. Research and General Drafting: - Conduct thorough research and produce high-quality draft documents.
