The Frederick M. Smith Library at Graceland University in Lamoni, IA is seeking a Interlibrary Loan Library Assistant. This appointment is a full-time, 12 month position. The Interlibrary Loan Library Assistant will oversee the ILL process and support of the library’s physical and digital resources under the direct supervision of the Library Director. Job Responsibilities include: Acquisitions : Assist the Library Director in selecting library resources and managing contracts with vendors (those who provide access to our databases) for library goods and services Cataloging : Catalogs new library materials using Koha Technical Processing : Trains student workers in the technical processing of library resources and materials Serials Management : Orders, maintains, and organizes serials in physical, digital, and microfilm formats.
