Summary Job Description: Registered Nurse, 2F/G, Surgical/Telemetry $15,000 Sign-on Bonus [for eligible candidates] Unit Overview: 2F/G is a 30-bed medical surgical/ telemetry unit that specializes in telemetry patients and fast turnaround surgery including urology bariatrics, and orthopedic overflow. This unit serves our Bariatric Center of Excellence patients. Our patient population is mostly transferred from the ED and PACU. Shift : Full-time, 1st Shift: Job Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) implements professional nursing practice centered on the patient as a whole person and the creation of a caring environment focused on healing and wellness.
