Description Available Shift: Shift B (7 PM - 7 AM; TUES, WED, THURS, FRI) | $2.00 Shift C (7 AM- 7 PM; SAT, SUN, MON, TUES) | $1.75 Shift D (7 PM - 7 AM; SAT, SUN, MON, TUES) |$2.75 Purpose of Position: · May be assigned to Warehouse or Production responsibilities · Provides daily supervision of area activities to ensure internal/external customer demands are met. · Drives continuous improvement of SQDIP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity) within their area of responsibility and identifies areas where they can partner with other supervisors and managers to drive continuous improvement across the organization. · Oversee the workflow and needs of the operations staff in areas of responsibility during assigned shift Essential Functions: · Responsibilities specific to Production · Responsibilities specific to Warehouse · Supports Lean operational excellence throughout their area of responsibility · Training, leading, coaching, and motivating a highly effective team. · Identifies cost-savings measures to Value Stream Manager (VSM) and supports corrective action plans · Works closely with the VSM to define operational goals and develop plans to effectively reach them...
