Pharmacy Inventory Lead

Job description

This is a hands-on role focused on building and scaling inventory operations in a fast-paced, regulated healthcare environment. You’ll be responsible for ensuring stock accuracy, availability, and visibility, while improving how inventory is managed through better processes and automation. You’ll work at the centre of operations, connecting pharmacy, warehouse, and supply chain to keep everything running smoothly. What will you be doing?: Own end-to-end pharmacy inventory management (warehouse managed separately) Manage day-to-day inventory operations including ordering, tracking, and stock counting Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records across systems Plan and coordinate movement of stock between pharmacy and warehouse Work closely with dispensers and picking teams to ensure smooth handover of inventory Build and maintain reporting to improve tracking, visibility, and decision-making Organise and optimise inventory flow to support a scaling operation Support inventory planning to ensure stock availability aligns with demand Identify and implement automation opportunities within our in-house inventory system Contribute to operational structure, including rostering and workf...
