Overview The Director, Product Systems role will serve as a Product Owner responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic development, prioritization and implementation of technology solutions that enhance products, automation, pricing, and risk selection across the Commercial Lines organization. This role will support the BOP & Package product lines. The primary function of this role is product enablement: converting product and underwriting goals into reality through high-quality, impactful products in an industry-leading experience. Responsibilities: Agile Product Ownership: · Manage and prioritize the product feature roadmap to optimize for speed, value, technology enablers, contemplating dependencies for development and compliance/filing · Define detailed requirements and specifications to implement the product roadmap clearly understood by technology and stakeholders · Ensure successful delivery of initiatives through product release plans that anticipate dependencies and incorporate change management System Stability and Compliance: · Ensure the development of robust User Acceptance Testing including use of automated testing as appropriate to ensure system implementatio...
