This is a heavily edit-focused role with some shooting mixed in. You're most at home in the edit but can pick up a camera when the moment calls for it. You have a strong eye for storytelling and the instincts to shape raw footage into polished, on-brand paid social work that feels intentional and unmistakably ours.
