Train all users on the correct usage of said tools. Monitor teams’ performance thanks to the collected insights to guarantee excellent instore execution, detect business opportunities and implement new solutions. Job Description: Responsible for the maintenance and enhancements of in-house CRM apps.Users management and trainings for all strikers to properly report instore audits via handheld tool GET and IR.Guarantee high data quality standards of FS store universe with the correct segmentation and geolocalization. Be the link with HQ to drive technical enhancements of all apps.
