The successful candidate will be part of the Structured Real Estate Finance EMEA team and will be responsible for the origination, arranging, structuring, and execution of complex Structured Finance deals in the Commercial Real Estate space within the EMEA region, with a strong focus in the UK and across several asset class including PBSA, BTR, Logistics, Retail, Office, Hotels. About the job: The successful candidate will have main responsibilities comprising the following: Support origination of No Recourse Commercial Real Estate transactions across various markets; manage & develop a relationship with clients, lenders, advisors, internal and external stakeholders.
