How you will contribute and key responsibilities: As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, your key responsibility will be to lead Kroo Bank’s forecasting, planning, and performance insight across the business, helping to shape strategic decisions through high quality models, robust analysis, and clear storytelling. This role is hands-on and execution focused, requiring you to build and run your own financial models and planning tools, often from scratch, in a fast growing challenger bank environment.
