Your mission GLOVIS Europe GmbH is seeking a Project Management Specialist (m/f/d) to join our FVL Planning & Markets team. You will support the Project Management Lead in project coordination, reporting, presentations, calculations, and contract reviews, ensuring smooth project execution and high-quality deliverables. Your Key Responsibilities will be: Contract Analysis - Review of National Sales Company (NSC) contracts to ensure coverage of rate structures and liability provisions - Simplify contract templates for clarity and usability - Assess Forwarders’ and Transport Liability Insurance for improvement opportunities Presentations & Reporting: - Prepare presentations to support projects and departmental needs - Maintain project calculation files accurately to support decision-making - Deliver structured reports with actionable insights to management Project Management: - Plan, monitor, and track projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverables - Allocate resources, manage risks, and handle scope changes proactively - Ensure project objectives are achieved efficiently and on schedule Communication & Collaboration: - Coordinate between teams, departments, and external partners - Pr...
