Job Description: Job Title: Divisional Control Office (DCO), Investment Bank (Non-Financial Risk & Regulatory Adherence) Corporate Title: Vice President: Location: New York, NY: Overview: This Vice President role sits within the Americas Investment Bank Divisional Control Office (DCO) and is responsible for the end-to-end management of non-financial risk, regulatory adherence, and divisional controls across Investment Bank businesses. The role supports the Americas 1st Line of Defense (1LoD) and partners closely with 2nd Line of Defense (2LoD), Legal, Compliance, COO, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure the business operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The role combines hands-on ownership of Risk & Control Assessment (RCA) execution, regulatory remediation and governance, and forward-looking regulatory readiness, with strong expectations for stakeholder management, thought leadership, and delivery discipline consistent with a VP-level appointment.
