Job description

Issuing tools, equipment, and PPE: Manage Inventory Levels on Barcoded Items - Organize tool crib for efficiency - Scan employee barcodes and crib barcoded items - Ensure items and employees have barcodes (printing barcodes) - Check tool and equipment condition upon return, issue for repair or cleaning - Check expiry dates on relevant items and send out if needed - Confirm location for stock in SAP - Update SAP for incoming and outgoing PMO orders - Provide order requests to Material Coordinators for all non-stock items - Pick/prep PMO orders for trades - Provide serialized reporting to unit leads as requested - Escalate damaged, modified or out of service tools to leadership - Ensure all items are scanned - Perform regular cycle counts - Initiate orders in PCTC - Make requests for changes to order controls - Update PCTC stock levels with manually signed out items - Receive stock, confirm quantities with packing slip - Load Shelves and keep organized - Manage stock back-order reports - Add new stock with the approval of Dow (NOC required) - Remove stale stock with the approval of Dow House Keeping: - Keep crib counter area organized and clean - Keep indoor walkways and racking area...
