Commerce Solution Lead

We are looking for our next Commerce Solution Lead. This is a role at the intersection of technology and business - owning and evolving our commerce and customer-facing platforms across online, in-store, CRM, and customer service. You will be accountable for the architecture, performance, reliability, and maintenance of these systems - ensuring they scale with us as we grow. Working within IT in cross collaboration with our business and partners, you will connect daily operations to strategic project delivery, keeping commerce technology aligned with where Axel Arigato is headed. You bring clarity to complex systems and communicate technical topics in ways that resonate with non-technical stakeholders.
