We are seeking a n Associate Director to lead technology advisory and delivery for Digital Asset initiatives at banks and fintechs . As an Associate Director, you will own solution architecture, platform selection , and end-to-end execution across DLT-based platforms, working directly with senior client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities will include: Engagement Leadership: Oversee delivery of client engagements and advise on building blockchain product and infrastructure Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with leadership on development and execution of strategic growth and new client acquisition by building and maintaining partner relationships with digital asset and traditional financial institutions Cross-Practice Collaboration: Partner with Guidehouse specialty and non-specialty practices to cross-sell relevant services and solutions Talent Development: Mentor and develop team members, while recruiting new talent to support this strategic growth initiative Thought Leaders...
