Teacher's Success Story: Role Description/Purpose: The British Council’s English Language Centre in Paris opened in 1998, originally as a small operation offering classes to young learners. Today, British Council Paris Teaching operates from its prestigious and centrally located Invalides premises, as well as across ten off-site locations in the Île-de-France region. The centre delivers a broad portfolio of English language courses, teaching approximately 4,800 young learners aged 3 to 18 during the academic year and a further 2,000 learners through holiday courses.
