As Quality Control Manager Techlane, you will balance ramp‑up activities with routine QC operations, while continuously improving efficiency, developing your team, and strengthening laboratory performance. You will combine scientific expertise with people leadership to ensure robust, compliant, and future-ready QC operations in a highly regulated cGMP environment.
