Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Public Area Attendant to maintain cleanliness and presentation in public spaces. This role is essential for ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and requires living on Fitzroy Island. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Meet the ferry arrivals and assist with loading and offloading stock/guest luggage. - Delivery of stock/luggage to the relevant departments or rooms. - Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, and corridors, to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. - Restock supplies such as toiletries and paper products in public restrooms. - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department. - Assist in the setup and breakdown of public events as required. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning activities. - Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly. - Driver's License Essential - Previous experience in a cleaning or hospitality role is preferred. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good communicati...
