Join us as a Quality Analyst in the Quality team at Ardagh Metal Packaging. As a Quality Analyst, you will ensure the quality and responsiveness of customer complaint management for several factories across Europe. You will ensure compliance with SLAs, the proper conduct of investigations, and the sustainable implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Your main responsibilities: Assess the impact and criticality according to AMP-E procedures. Work with the factory, Quality, CTS, and Sales teams to ensure a rapid, consistent, and high-quality response. Support teams in conducting robust investigations based on 8D and A3 methodologies. Ensure that corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA) are deployed, verified, and sustained. Ensure the completeness and smooth running of the CRM workflow.
