Your Impact The Forensics Operations Specialist is a key client liaison responsible for ensuring effective execution and completion of each case related to collection and forensic services. They bridge the communication and coordination gap between the sales, project management, and client success departments on behalf of the forensics department. What You'll Do: - Client Experience Management: Serves as the primary point of contact to manage the client experience with the forensics lab. Schedules and hosts scoping calls with external clients to understand the case background, objectives, and deadlines. - Stakeholder Relationships: Collaborates with the Forensics Operations Manager or Forensics Director for scoping calls that require higher levels of consultation. Works closely with Sales, Project Managers, Media Management, Forensic Examiners, and other DISCO team members. - Documentation and Quality Control: Performs tracking and documentation quality control checks for forensic tickets.
