As the Vertical Lead , you will lead the Public Sector business unit. This portfolio represents our most recognized model, anchored by GovLab, and boasts deep relationships, brand awareness, a large cross-functional team, and a multi-million dollar book of business. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the end-to-end GTM strategy, budget, and portfolio health. You will act as a market builder—leading sales calls, navigating government relations, and ensuring delivery excellence. We are looking for a seasoned operator with an entrepreneurial spirit to take us to our next phase of growth, scaling this proven model to another level. Required Results: Revenue Growth: Drive aggressive revenue targets and commercial innovation, maintaining healthy gross margins across the portfolio. GTM & Sales Leadership: Lead the overarching growth strategy for our most mature vertical, optimizing a proven sales engine to capture a larger market share.
