Join us – be a Hero! Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Lead Optometric Assistant to monitor and manage optometric assistant performance and proficiency levels. This position will report to the Assistant Operations Manager. This position will be at-will, meaning either the employer or the employee may terminate the employment at any time, with or without cause or prior notice. Pay range: $20-$25/hr: Job Responsibilities: - Maintain, clean, and audit frame board on a weekly basis - Order and track materials/supplies needed for back office - Ensure patients are teched and scribed in a timely manner and assists the team when falling behind - Educate patients on proper frame selection and lens options - Ensure practice is clean and presentable to patients to include cleaning restrooms, patient lobby, mopping, vacu...
