The role focuses on tracking and analyzing Sales Operations and Capability Development KPIs, providing actionable decision support based on the indicators to enhance operational performance and effectiveness. What We Expect: - Track and analyze KPIs related to Sales Operations and Capability Development to provide timely and relevant decision support. - Identify, analyze & interpret trends or patterns related to KPIs for all CCI Countries. (Identify Sales & RTM anomalies related to sales figures by highlighting Abnormal Calls, Sales Spikes, etc.) - Track RTM / MDM related KPIs for all CCI Countries to provide actionable insights (related to Headcount, Span of Control, Active Outlets without frequency etc.) to help Country RTM Teams to improve the RTM scenario & MDM Accuracy in their respective countries. - Driving business conclusions-based RTM and cost analysis (commercial assets) and contributing overall sales capability building. - Create and deliver periodic management dashbo...
