As the primary contact for end user support and technical assistance, you will troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of tier 1 hardware and software issues, escalate complex problems as needed, provision and deploy IT resources, assist with identity and device management tasks in Microsoft Entra ID, decommission and prepare equipment for surplus, and maintain inventory of end user IT resources and supplies.
